I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, where hospitality was part of everyday life. From an early age, I was inspired by both the sophistication of luxury hotels and the warmth of bed-and-breakfasts, and I dreamed of creating spaces that combined both.

At 17, I moved to the U.S. with my family and later pursued a career in finance, working on Wall Street and gaining valuable experience in business and analysis. After leaving corporate America, I transitioned into sales, where I developed strong communication and relationship-building skills.

My path eventually led me to short-term rentals, where I discovered the opportunity to merge my business background with my passion for hospitality. What began as a single property quickly grew as guests recognized my focus on care, detail, and consistency. This became the foundation for Host Refined, a brand dedicated to delivering high-quality stays and guest experiences
